The site

haiku.global is operated by the team behind haiku. The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We may add, change, or remove functionality at any time without notice.

The signup list

Joining the signup list does not create a sale, a contract, or any guarantee of access to specific products. We may pause or cancel the launch, change the launch date, change inventory, or change geographic availability without notice.

Your conduct

Do not submit other people's email addresses without their consent, attempt to abuse the signup form, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The haiku name, wordmark, lookbook photography, and copy are owned by the haiku team and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to your use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms before the shop launches. The current version always lives at this URL.
