This page describes how haiku.global handles personal information collected through the coming-soon page and any future shop features. The text on this page is a working draft and will be replaced by a final policy reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

When you submit the signup form, we collect the email address you provide. We do not collect names, payment details, or browsing history beyond aggregate, anonymous analytics (page views, device type, country).

Why we collect it

To notify you when the shop opens, and occasionally to share previews, new finds, or restock notes. You will not receive marketing from third parties through us.

Where it is stored

Email addresses are stored with Resend, our email service provider. Anonymous analytics are stored with Vercel.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You may also request deletion of your email from our records by writing to hello@haiku.global.

Cookies

The coming-soon page does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-less. The shop, once launched, will require functional cookies for cart and checkout — disclosed separately at that time.
